What We’re Looking For :

At least 10 years of experience in production management, in the F&B industry

Strong leadership and team management skills

In-depth knowledge of food safety standards and manufacturing processes

Ability to solve problems and make data-driven decisions

Excellent communication and organizational skills

A passion for delivering high-quality products in a fast-paced environment
