Salary Range : $65,000 to $75,000 / yr
Job Overview :
We are seeking an experienced and creative Marketing Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will oversee brand strategy, content calendar planning, content creation, and drive promotional sales initiatives across omni-channels. You will be instrumental in both customer acquisition and retention, working closely with our marketing operations team to expand and optimize our core programs, including reviews, loyalty programs, and beyond. Additionally, you will play a key role in shaping our future roadmap for User-Generated Content (UGC) and affiliate marketing programs.
Key Responsibilities :
- Managing acquisition and retention on brands e-commerce store.
- Content Calendar Management : Plan, develop, and execute the digital content calendar across all marketing channels (email, social media, blog, website, etc.), ensuring consistency with brand messaging and business goals.
- Content Creation : Write compelling, on-brand content for various digital platforms to engage, inform, and convert potential customers.
- Promotional Sales Planning & Execution : Develop and implement strategies for promotional campaigns, special sales events, and other customer-facing initiatives to drive revenue and improve customer loyalty.
- Customer Acquisition & Retention : Lead strategies to grow the customer base and optimize the customer journey to enhance lifetime value, working across multiple channels including email marketing, paid media, loyalty programs
- Agency Management : Manage agencies and contract workers for paid acquisition, website development and any graphics work.
- Program Expansion : Collaborate with marketing operations to enhance the functionality and performance of key marketing programs.
- Affiliate & UGC Marketing : Working closely with social media specialists, assisting in developing a roadmap for affiliate marketing and user-generated content initiatives, identifying partnership opportunities, and managing relationships with affiliates and brand advocates.
- Data & Analytics : Analyze campaign performance, identify areas for improvement, and adjust strategies accordingly to maximize ROI.
- Collaboration : Work closely with cross-functional teams such as Product Development, Creative, and Customer Service to ensure alignment on key initiatives and promotions.
- Budget Management : Oversee marketing budgets and allocate resources effectively to ensure maximum return on investment.
