About the Job

BINX Professional Cleaning is looked to expand our team.

If you are a PROFESSIONAL, CLEAN CUT and ENERGETIC person with an eye for detail and always have a smile on your face this position is for you!

We are looking for an individual to grow with our company that has a "Go-Getter" attitude and work ethic. So, if you think this may be what you're looking for and you're ready to make your work life awesome, shoot us your resume!

We are looking to hire 1 Evening Facilities Supervisor.

You MUST have a valid G driver's license and your own vehicle with your own insurance. You will be required to use your personal vehicle for work purposes and reimbursed. You MUST have a clean Criminal Record and be available to work week days and weekends beginning shift at 5 : 00pm.

The job involves but is not limited :

  • Perform cleaning tasks as per schedule.
  • Train new employees.
  • Work with other staff to ensure cleaning is maintained with BINX standards.
  • Maintaining upkeep of all cleaning equipment, supplies, and products and addressing repairs or replacements as needed.
  • Ensuring safe and sanitary storage and care of products.
  • Able to work independently and work well with others.

Qualifications and Skills :

  • Previous cleaning experience is a must.
  • Management / Supervisory experience is a must.

    • Expectations are as follows :

  • Responsible for keys and codes.
  • Ability to follow verbal and written directions.
  • Training will be provided.
  • Ability to work independently as well as with a partner or as a team.
  • Must be reliable and punctual with dedicated professionalism to your job and duties.
  • Ability to adapt to changing work schedules or routines.
  • Time management skills.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Organized and able to follow a schedule.
  • Physically able to reach, stretch, bend and walk during the daily routine, with the ability to stand for long lengths of time; physically able to push a vacuum cleaner for extended periods of time.
  • General knowledge of cleaning supplies and techniques for cleaning.
  • Available to work evenings and weekends as scheduled.
