Votre mission

• Rôle stratégique : Ce poste relève directement du Directeur Général et fait partie du Comité de direction du site (Site LT).
• Diriger lensemble des opérations de fabrication avec un focus sur la santé sécurité qualité bien-être et performance.
• Développer une culture de leadership humain favorisant lengagement et la responsabilisation des équipes.
• Piloter les initiatives Lean Six Sigma améliorer lOEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) et assurer une présence active sur le terrain (Gemba).
• Conduire des initiatives damélioration continue (CI) telles que 6S DMAIC pour optimiser les processus de fabrication.
• Mettre en œuvre des stratégies de réduction des coûts tout en maintenant les standards de qualité et de conformité.
• Communiquer clairement et inspirer les équipes pour favoriser ladhésion et la performance collective.
