Hello, I'm Maxime Somaglino, Recruitment Consultant FED ManuTech, a specialist in temporary and permanent recruitment for the engineering and manufacturing professions.We're experts who speak your language.We are committed to supporting you throughout your job search and at every stage of your career.Your positionI am currently recruiting a R&D Engineer for one of my clients, a leading packaging manufacturer located in Pincourt.Permanent position 40h / week / face-to-faceReporting to the R&D Manager, you will be in charge of the following tasks : - Lead packaging R&D projects, from the initial phase through to commercialization- Work with multi-disciplinary internal and external teams to drive product development through all stages.- Participate in the start-up of new packaging manufacturing equipment in collaboration with management- Conduct laboratory analysis for quality control and performance of new products from R&D- Participate in improving production efficiency by solving problems (processes, set-up times, raw materials evaluation, etc.).- Support testing for customer installationsYour professional skills- Priority management and rigor- Analytical skills and teamwork- Excellent interpersonal and communication skillsWe're looking for a proactive, self-starter who likes to get the job done. Our ideal candidate likes dynamic environments, is rigorous, and enjoys working in teams.Your profile-Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar position in a manufacturing environment-Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering, chemistry, materials science, or any other relevant field-Bilingual French - English-ING or CPI designation-Knowledge of materials (plastics, aluminum, adhesives, paper)-Knowledge of flexible packaging processes-Knowledge of extrusion, coating, laminating, printing, converting-Knowledge of project management, problem solving- Salary : 80k$ - 120k$ according to experience- 40h / week position.
