Position : Service Advisor

We’re on the lookout for an experienced Service Advisor who excels in customer service and enjoys working in a busy, organized environment. If you have a passion for helping people, are physically fit, and can communicate effectively, you could be the perfect fit!

Key Responsibilities :

  • Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a positive relationship with clients.
  • Manage service appointments and provide accurate estimates.
  • Troubleshoot issues, offer solutions, and guide customers through repair processes.
  • Handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high organization.

Ideal Candidate :

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Service Advisor (experience in a Dealership setting is a plus).
  • Alternative experience in a Parts Advisor or Salesperson role is also considered.
  • Must possess a valid Class 5 Driver’s License.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to multi-task, stay organized, and work effectively under pressure.
  • Strong customer service orientation with a positive and proactive attitude.

  • Competitive annual salary ranging from $55,000 to $90,000 (base salary + sales incentives, based on experience).
