This full-time, permanent specialist leads WellFort’s Client Experience Framework and Client and Family Engagement Strategy. You will consult with leaders, teams, clients, families, and community partners. Your work integrates client voices into service planning, quality improvement, delivery, evaluation, and decision-making. The position requires discretion with confidential client experience, quality, risk, and performance information.
