this company is a global leader in the field of science with a significant presence in Ville Saint-Laurent. It provides advanced products and services for scientific research, analysis, diagnostics, and manufacturing.

We are looking for a highly qualified Executive Assistant to provide first-rate support to our management team. The ideal candidate is an organized, proactive professional who can manage complex tasks with discretion. This role is essential for ensuring smooth operations and allowing management to focus on the company's strategic objectives.

Manage complex calendars, and organize meetings and travel.

Prepare reports, presentations, and confidential documents for senior management.

Act as the main point of contact between management, employees, and external stakeholders.

Participate in coordinating company-wide projects and initiatives.

Draft, edit, and manage professional correspondence.


Qualifications
Significant experience (5 to 7 years) as an Executive Assistant or in a similar support role.

Excellent command of the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and calendar management tools.

Ability to handle confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Autonomy, initiative, and the ability to anticipate needs.

Bilingualism (French and English)
