Reporting to the Director, ERP, the Manager, Technology, ERP is responsible for leading the technical implementation of the ERP system and integration with other technology-enabled projects. The Manager both lead a technical team and be a ERP systems specialist who makes decisions regarding the technical architecture and design of the SAP S / 4HANA ERP system and influences ERP integration decisions with other technology initiatives.

Responsibilities :
- Be a courageous safety leader, adhere to and sponsor safety and environmental rules and procedures
- Provide leadership, guidance and coordination of the technical aspects (Integration, Data, Reporting, Architecture, Infrastructure) of the ERP implementation, ensuring it meets business requirements and integrates seamlessly with existing systems
- Lead the core Technology project members in designing and maintaining a comprehensive technical strategy e.g. integration approach, SAP cloud migration and transformation strategy for the ERP project, aligning it with the broader transformation goals
- Ensure the ERP system integrates effectively addressing any technical interdependencies and facilitating smooth data flow across platforms
- Identify, assess, and mitigate technical risks associated with the ERP implementation, including data security and system reliability
- Lead and mentor the technical team, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment to achieve project objectives
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators to evaluate the success of the technology team and ongoing system performance
- Collaborate with the Transformation Management Office (TMO) to align project timelines, resources, and deliverables to ensure the ERP project supports overall transformation goals and other significant technology initiatives
- Provide technical insights and updates, ensuring alignment with the overall transformation strategy
- Key performance metrics include : project timeline adherence, risk management effectiveness (number of risks identified vs. risks mitigated or resolved) and post-implementation issue resolution

Salary Range : $157,000 - $194,000
The actual base salary offered is determined based on the successful candidate's relevant experience, skills, and competencies and considers internal equity.
