Job Type: Full-time, 6-Month Contract (Extension/Conversion Possible)
Location: Scarborough, ON (Hybrid: 3 days/week onsite, moving to 4 days; Mon/Wed/Thu anchor days)
Work Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM (100% Back-Office)
Pay Rate: $22.43

Responsibilities
Daily Operations: Execute salvage recovery activities, assist with claims processing, perform data entry, upload documents to vendor portals, and manage transactions via ministry portals.
Reconciliation & Processing: Perform operational reconciliations and execute routine transactions accurately and on time, meeting established Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
Process Support: Investigate, refer, or escalate processing issues to appropriate internal partners to maintain high service quality.
Data Management: Safely handle sensitive data, maintaining complete discretion and confidentiality in alignment with policies.
Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline processes, enhance service delivery, and support key business initiatives.
Compliance: Adhere to internal regulations, enterprise frameworks, policies, and procedures.
Qualifications
Must-Have:
0–2 years of relevant administrative or operational experience.
High School Diploma or Post-Secondary Education.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient with MS Office, specifically Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Ability to thrive in a team environment while managing individual deliverables to meet SLAs.
Nice-to-Have:
Prior office administration experience working directly with vendors.
Experience within the motor insurance industry.
Basic knowledge of AI productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot).
Previous experience in financial reconciliation or data analytics.
