We're seeking a B2B Demand Generation Marketer to drive pipeline growth at a fast-growing construction-tech SaaS company. This is a hands-on role: you'll run campaigns end-to-end across paid, email, and events, own the RevOps stack behind them, and use the data to drive measurable growth.

About the Role
Are you a results-driven marketing professional looking to make an impact in B2B SaaS? CadMakers is seeking a B2B Demand Generation Marketer to help drive growth for cmBuilder.io, our fast-growing construction-tech platform. This is an individual contributor role where you'll take ownership of executing demand generation programs end-to-end while also helping shape priorities to ensure they generate qualified pipeline and deliver measurable results.

The ideal candidate is a B2B demand generation professional with a proven ability to drive measurable growth, execute high-impact campaigns, and continuously optimize marketing operations. This role offers the opportunity to make a tangible impact on cmBuilder's growth, shaping marketing automation, paid media, data-driven strategies, and RevOps processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Demand Generation 🎯: Plan, launch, monitor, and optimize demand generation campaigns across paid and organic channels (LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, YouTube, email, landing pages), including account-based campaigns targeting key accounts
• Paid Media Management 📢: Set up, manage, and optimize LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads campaigns, continuously testing and scaling what performs
• In-Person Events 🌎: Help manage events and tradeshows, both our own and external industry events, from helping acquire leads to logistics
• Positioning and Messaging 💡: Develop and refine positioning, messaging, and go-to-market motions so campaigns drive measurable sales outcomes
• Marketing Automation & Nurturing 🔄: Implement and manage HubSpot workflows, automation, and lifecycle campaigns that engage, score, and progress leads through the funnel
• RevOps & Analytics 📊: Own funnel analytics, lead scoring, enrichment, and segmentation. Build reporting that shows what's actually driving pipeline
• A/B Testing & Continuous Improvement 🧪: Run structured A/B tests across ads, emails, and landing pages to maximize pipeline impact

Requirements

• 3+ years hands-on experience in B2B SaaS demand generation (as a demand gen specialist, manager, or similar role)
• A proven track record of driving qualified sales pipeline for B2B software, with strong command of demand channels, funnel tactics, and key metrics
• Expertise in LinkedIn Ads (priority) and experience managing Google Ads, driving consistent MQLs and demo growth
• Experienced with HubSpot (or equivalent marketing automation/CRM platform), including lead scoring, segmentation, and ICP refinement
• Strong writing skills for ad copy, email sequences, and landing pages
• Attention to detail and a bias for action, with an execution-first mindset and the ability to contribute strategic input.
• A testing mindset: you form a hypothesis, run the experiment, read the data, adjust
• Bonus: experience marketing to construction, industrial, or other similar verticals

Benefits

Salary, Term & Working Location

• Salary: $80,000 - $110,000; commensurate with experience
• Full-time, hybrid position with in-office days at our office in Burnaby, BC.
