Description de posteCreate visually stunning content : Develop and execute hair and makeup looks that align with SSENSE's brand identity and seasonal trends, contributing to online visual content. Maintain high standards : Adhere to strict quality control standards, ensuring all work meets SSENSE's production and aesthetic guidelines. Collaborate effectively : Work closely with the production team to meet daily targets, providing support and guidance to new team members. Stay updated : Continuously learn and adapt to industry trends, experimenting with new techniques and products to enhance skills. Optimize processes : Proactively suggest improvements to workflows, tools, and techniques to increase efficiency and productivity. Diploma or certificate in relevant Cosmetology field, or equivalent work experience A minimum of 1-year experience in editorial or commercial production, preferably in a luxury or e-commerce environment Strong knowledge of all hair textures and makeup tones, tools and techniques Knowledge of photography, models, & styling is an asset Ability to carry out creative processes in a fast-paced production environment Ability to receive and apply feedback Team player with great communication and interpersonal skills Creative thinker with problem-solving abilities Proven ability to process high volumes of workflow Ability to prioritize and execute All applicants must provide a portfolio of relevant original work.
