- Care Burden Analysis - Design and apply diagnostic tools to assess care responsibilities and unmet needs among staff.
- Caring Organization Certification Preparation - Review international “Caring Company” standards and assess gaps between current practices and required criteria.
- Awareness & Strategy Development - Contribute to strategies that highlight the impact of care responsibilities on workplace performance, wellbeing, and gender equality.
Essential Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences, Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- Postgraduate studies in Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), Gender Studies, Economics of Care, or similar disciplines are an asset
Essential Background:
- Minimum 2 years of relevant professional experience
- Strong analytical skills, including experience using data analysis tools
