Description de poste
Entry Level - Sales Representative
Vector Marketing is hiring entry level sales representatives. Sales reps sell Cutco products through one‑on‑one appointments that emphasize customer service. No prior experience is required; training is provided to help you succeed immediately. Flexible schedules allow you to earn extra income.
Compensation
Base pay of $25.25 per appointment, independent of sales. A commission structure based on performance is available, providing an opportunity to earn more while ensuring a reliable income even during slow weeks.
Training & Development
Our training program has helped people perform well for over 40 years. We provide pre‑employment training plus ongoing support and additional instruction to enhance your sales, networking, and communication skills.
Product
Cutco kitchen and home goods, including knives, cookware, and gardening tools. Prior knowledge of home goods or sales is not required.
Scheduling & Location
Reps work from home and locally after training. Meetings and training sessions are held in the office. Scheduling is flexible : some work full time, part time, seasonal, or around other commitments such as classes or other jobs.
Career Advancement
Reps can progress to long‑term sales positions or move into management roles, even if they start part time.
Requirements
- Enjoy working with people.
- 17 years of age or older.
- Conditions apply.
- Willing to learn and apply new skills.
Applicants with experience in retail, fast food, cashier, administrative, reception, landscaping, or any field are welcome. A positive attitude and a willingness to work hard and learn new things are essential.
