  • Analyze maintenance data to identify potential equipment failures and proactively address them.

Corrective Maintenance:

  • Respond to equipment breakdowns promptly, diagnose issues, and assign repairs to technicians.
  • Oversee the quality of repairs and ensure proper documentation of maintenance activities.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams on complex equipment troubleshooting and root cause analysis.

Performance Monitoring and Improvement:

  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to OEE and maintenance costs in support of the New Forest Business Plan.
  • Identify areas for improvement and implement continuous improvement initiatives to optimize equipment performance.
  • Conduct regular equipment audits to identify potential issues and address them proactively.

Team Management:

  • Lead and motivate a team of maintenance technicians, assigning tasks based on skills and workload.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to technicians.
  • Conduct performance reviews and identify training needs for team members.

Leadership Attributes:

  • Shows moral courage, openness, and honesty in all dealings.
  • Is optimistic and self-aware.
  • Creates a team environment where participation, mutual respect and collaboration between departments and functions is common.
  • Is self-motivated, flexible, proactive and committed.

What You'll Bring

  • Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.

  • Analytical skills to interpret data and identify trends
  • Problem-solving and root cause analysis capabilities
  • Proficiency in maintenance management software
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines

What We Offer

  • Comprehensive health, dental and vision coverage (dependents included)
