Our client in Langford is seeking administrative support for a temporary opportunity! The successful candidate will have strong attention to detail and previous data entry experience. We are looking for someone that is available immediately, and that has the ability to commit to full time availability through early November.
Opportunity; Temporary, full time
Start date: ASAP
Hours: Mon-Fri, 7:30-3:30 - for one month, could go longer
Pay: $21.50.

Responsibilities
- Answering phones
- Order intake
- Data Entry
- Provide excellent customer service
- Sort, file, fax, and organize paper records
- Enter invoices, client records, and payment receipts
- Other administrative duties to assist the accounting department
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word
- Comfortable using Excel
- Experience with Data Entry
- High level of attention to detail and number accuracy
- Great Attitude
- Strong Work Ethic
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
