Astro Insurance Brokers is looking for a full-time Front Desk & Insurance Processing Administrator to support both our clients and our brokerage team. This blended role combines front desk service with insurance processing, accurate data entry, document management, and day-to-day administrative support. It is a great opportunity for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and interested in building a career in insurance.

Position: Front Desk & Insurance Processing Administrator

Job Type: In Office (5 days/week), Full Time, Permanent

Work Location: 542 7 St S, Lethbridge AB T1J 2H1

Pay: Starting from $40,000 annually

What You Will Do:

• Welcome clients and provide friendly, professional service in person and by phone
• Triage incoming calls and direct client inquiries to the appropriate team member
• Complete accurate data entry and assist with routine insurance processing tasks
• Upload, organize, and maintain client documents and electronic files
• Support brokers and TSRs with administrative and processing tasks
• Manage printing, scanning, mail, and document sorting
• Schedule appointments and help keep client follow-ups and office workflows organized

What You Bring:

• Recent business or administrative education is an asset
• Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy when entering information
• Excellent organization, time management, and follow-through
• Comfort working with digital files, office systems, and multiple priorities
• Clear, professional communication and a genuine interest in helping clients
