Responsibilities
Enter, post and reconcile batches,
Research and resolve client A/R issues,
Carry out general accounting tasks in accordance with standard procedures
Respond to requests for information from vendors and various other stakeholders
Handle payments and compile segments of monthly closings and annual reports in compliance with guidelines
Verify the correctness of documents and codes

Qualifications
Must-Have Skills:
Bilingualism: Absolute fluency in both French and English (verbal and written) is required.
Experience: 1-3 years of experience in accounts receivable, collections, customer service, or a fast-paced call center environment.
Technical Savvy: High proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and the ability to learn internal banking software quickly.
Communication & Negotiation: Superior verbal communication, active listening, and negotiation skills to handle sensitive financial conversations.
Detail-Oriented: Exceptional organizational skills and a sharp eye for detail when documenting file notes.
