WORK YOU'LL DO

Key Responsibilities :

Resolving incidents and fulfilling assorted M365 requests.

Assisting other technical teams for M365 / Entra ID related requests.

Performing after hours technical changes or maintenance.

Administering SharePoint including creation of sites, resolving incidents and fulfilling SharePoint requests; managing and ensuring availability of SharePoint platform and if required, coordinating with vendor.

Administering Dynamics 365 CRM platform including creation of environments and portals.

Managing and administering Microsoft Exchange Online i.e. Rooms, Resources, Calendars, Scheduling, mail flow, Distribution lists, Shared mailboxes, authentication accounts, delegation

Qualifications

Qualifications :

At least 3 years of experience with Power Platforms

At least 3 years of experience managing and administering SharePoint, MS Teams and Microsoft Exchange Online.

Proven knowledge of PowerShell.

Must have eligibility for Reliability Clearance and the potential for Secret.

This role is in our Local ATCs (Montreal) and will require on-site work 2-3 days per week.

English is required for this position as this role will regularly interact with stakeholders across Canada, US and other countries across our Global footprint where English is the common language. Due to the significant high volume of interactions with these English-speaking stakeholders, which is inherent to this position, it is not possible to reorganize the company's activities to avoid this requirement.

Bonus points if :

You bring experience with Microsoft Entra ID / Azure AD / Active Directory

You demonstrate knowledge of Microsoft Purview

You exhibit knowledge of M365 PowerShell
