Your Impact
As a key member of the Partner Services team, you'll be responsible for servicing and assembling both manufactured and purchased components to meet engineering specifications and customer requirements, including complex assemblies that may require adjustments to meet tight tolerances. Your experience and expertise will be invaluable as you help develop the skills of others.
What You’ll Be Doing
• Responsible for safe work practices.
• Service and assembly of manufactured and purchased components to meet the specifications as indicated by assembly drawings. Assemblies may include complex arrangements requiring fitting and adjustment to meet close tolerances.
• Mechanically troubleshoot complex manufacturing equipment to return equipment to original state and running production.
• Suggesting mechanical and operational improvements to equipment running in the field based on customer’s production processes.
• Review jobs before assembly starts and collaborate with engineering to obtain design clarification as required.
• Assist and provide guidance to teams of assemblers and others as necessary.
• Complete assembly, installation, and validation of specifications for machines of varying size and complexity.
• Install equipment on the customer site, including training of customer on equipment and support through SAT.

Key Requirements
• Ministry Trades Certificate of Qualification and 4+ yrs. of experience or proven competency
• Basic Shop Safety Rules and Knowledge of duties under OHSA & WSIB
• Must have a valid passport and driver’s license, as well as the ability to travel to customer sites both locally and internationally.
• Must be available to travel for periods of up to 2 weeks
• Additional hours may be required for scheduled or unscheduled onsite customer service on evenings or weekends.
The expected compensation range for this position is $35.42 - $41.28. This range includes base pay and target variable pay. Actual compensation will depend on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and experience. We also consider internal equity to ensure fair and consistent pay practices. This range reflects the expected full compensation range for the role; most offers will fall within the range and not at the maximum in order to allow for future growth
