Description de poste

Tasks

  • Facilitate the identification and analysis of challenges to develop effective solutions in collaboration with teams.
  • Assist teams in evaluating customer feedback to enhance products or services.
  • Provide strategic advice to managers and teams to strengthen operational quality.
  • Coordinate problem-solving sessions to foster innovation and proactive resolution.
  • Aid teams in integrating required standards, specifications, and procedures to ensure compliance and quality.
  • Conduct rigorous follow-ups and validate the effectiveness of implemented corrective actions.
  • Actively support managers in implementing and maintaining quality management systems.
  • Contribute to the establishment and sustainability of the quality system by identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Perform any other related tasks.

  • Job requirements

  • Degree in industrial engineering, operations management, or business administration, or equivalent experience in the field.
  • Relevant experience in quality management or continuous improvement processes.
  • Strong knowledge in the production / manufacturing / automation industry.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate clearly and concisely.
  • Intermediate level of English proficiency for smooth communication with team members outside of Quebec.
  • Desired profile

  • Ability to analyze situations thoroughly and propose effective solutions.
  • Natural curiosity and willingness to explore new approaches and technologies.
