Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a Training Supervisor to join their team.

Job Title: Training Supervisor / Supply Chain Engineer

Location: Simcoe, ON

Pay Range: 28.00 - 29.00 BOE

Shift: Primary 1st shift, with flexibility across shifts as needed

What's the Job?

  • Plan and execute plantwide training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
  • Oversee and support training coordinators to ensure effective delivery of training initiatives
  • Coordinate off-shift employee training sessions to maintain continuous operational support
  • Collaborate with other sites to formalize and standardize training agendas and content
  • Identify skill gaps within the workforce and adjust training plans accordingly to meet production needs

What's Needed?

  • Minimum of 2+ years of experience in the manufacturing industry
  • At least 2 years of supervisory or leadership experience
  • Strong organizational and planning skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment
