Pay rate: $18 to $18.50 per hour.
Schedule options: 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM or 3:00 PM to 10:00 PM. - Monday to Friday schedule.
Overtime paid after 40 hours.
Location: Rutherford and Hwy 50 area - Not transit accessible.
We are hiring a Production Associate for a opportunity in a busy automotive parts manufacturing environment near Rutherford and Hwy 50. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone with prior manufacturing experience who enjoys assembly, machine operation, packing, and working as part of a fast-paced production team.
The Production Associate will support daily manufacturing output by assembling parts, operating equipment, and preparing finished products for shipment. This is a great opportunity for a dependable candidate looking for stable Monday to Friday hours, consistent work, and the chance to build experience in the automotive manufacturing sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Assemble automotive parts according to production standards and work instructions.
- Operate manufacturing machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Pack finished products and prepare items for the next stage of production or shipment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area throughout the shift.
- Perform basic quality checks to help ensure products meet required specifications.
- Work with team members and supervisors to meet daily production targets.
