Our client is seeking an experienced Electrical Superintendent to lead and oversee electrical construction activities on industrial projects.
This role is responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising field operations to ensure work is completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to high-quality standards.
The ideal candidate is a strong leader with a solid electrical background and excellent communication skills.
They will bring proven experience managing crews, subcontractors, and project execution in an industrial environment.

Key Responsibilities
– Supervise and coordinate all on-site electrical construction activities
– Lead and manage foremen, electricians, apprentices, and subcontractors
– Review project drawings, specifications, and plans to ensure accuracy
– Plan and organize daily/weekly schedules and manpower needs
– Ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to quality standards
– Monitor project progress and communicate updates or issues to management
– Coordinate with other trades, clients, engineers, and site teams
– Maintain documentation including daily logs, progress reports, and inspections

Qualifications:
– Red Seal Electrician (or equivalent certification) preferred
– Minimum 5+ years of electrical construction experience
– Proven supervisory or superintendent experience in industrial settings
– Strong knowledge of electrical systems, installations, and equipment
– Familiarity with Ontario Electrical Code and OHSA safety standards
– Ability to read and interpret drawings, schematics, and specifications
– Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
