You understand how precision on the shop floor translates to efficiency on the job site. As the primary link between executive vision and daily execution, you will foster a culture of excellence, ensuring that every sustainable solution produced meets the highest standards of the modern construction industry.

Responsibilities
Operational Oversight: Execute daily plant logistics, production timelines, and shop-floor scheduling to ensure seamless delivery.
System Optimization: Implement data-driven tracking systems to identify bottlenecks, reduce waste, and improve overall factory throughput.
Fiscal Management: Take full ownership of the operational budget, including labor costs, material procurement, and facility maintenance.
Culture & Advocacy: Serve as the bridge between management and the production team, championing employee needs while driving accountability.
Site Integration: Occasionally visit active construction projects to evaluate product performance and gather feedback from field trades.
Qualifications
ndustry Expertise: A minimum of 5+ years in a manufacturing leadership role, specifically within the prefabricated or modular construction sector.
Construction Literacy: High proficiency in interpreting complex architectural drawings and discussing technical design specifications.
Technological Aptitude: Strong computer literacy with the ability to leverage digital tools for production tracking and data analysis.
Managerial Grit: A proven track record of building high-performing teams, managing performance expectations, and handling workplace relations with professionalism.
Regulatory Knowledge: Deep familiarity with industrial safety protocols (OH&S), quality assurance frameworks, and sustainable manufacturing practices.
