Position Details
RTWSS is a WorkSafeBC funded service designed to assist injured workers in safely returning to their pre-injury employment. Duties include :
- Completion of job site visits & job demands analyses
- Developing & implementing graduated return to work plans
- Liaising with healthcare team members & case managers
- Implementing ergonomic strategies to facilitate durable RTW
For those interested, the RTWSS caseload can be combined with an active rehab caseload
