Inspire and lead a diverse team of sales, service, finance, and administrative professionals.

  • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that encourages teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Provide mentorship and professional development opportunities for team members.
  • Operational Excellence :
  • Oversee all aspects of dealership operations, including sales, service, finance, and administration.

  • Implement and optimize processes to enhance efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor key performance indicators and financial metrics to drive strategic decision-making.

  • Uphold and enhance Go Auto's commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.

  • Qualifications :

  • Previous Experience : Experience building and retaining high performing teams in the Automotive Industry is essential. Current experience as a GSM or GM in a dealership is required.
  • Business Acumen : Demonstrated ability to drive sustainable growth and financial success.
  • Passion : A positive attitude and enthusiasm for the automotive industry.
  • Customer First Mindset : Exceptional listening skills and empathy, with a focus on understanding customer needs.
