Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team.
As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for inside sales, driving revenue growth, and expanding existing accounts. This role requires a strong sales acumen, a deep understanding of SaaS solutions, and a proven track record of exceeding sales targets. We are looking for a smart, and out of the box thinker to work with the management to define and execute sales strategies successfully.
Responsibilities
- Conduct inside sales 80% of the time, with 20% dedicated to cold calling and research activities
- Prospect and engage with potential customers to drive new business opportunities
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers within target accounts
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value of our SaaS solutions
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute strategic account plans
- Negotiate pricing and contract terms to close new business deals
- Drive customer adoption and retention through proactive account management
- Stay current on industry trends and competitor offerings to inform sales strategies
