As a Documentation & Knowledge Management Co-op Student, you will work alongside our Documentation Specialist to enhance and support the evolution of our document portal, helping employees quickly access accurate and up-to-date information. Your contributions will improve the employee experience, support operational excellence, and strengthen knowledge sharing across the business.

This is an opportunity to gain hands-on experience with content management, SharePoint, process documentation, and large-scale business improvement initiatives.

Position Responsibilities:

• Support the review, organization, and maintenance of operational documentation and procedural content.
• Assist with document portal enhancement initiatives, including content cleanup, standardization, and restructuring.
• Support document migration and testing activities associated with future platform transitions.
• Conduct audits to identify outdated, duplicate, or missing content and recommend improvements.
• Collaborate with business partners and subject matter experts to gather feedback and improve the user experience.

Required Qualifications:

• Enrolled in a post-secondary co-op program in Business Administration, Information Management, Communications, Library Sciences, Knowledge Management, or a related field.
• Strong written communication, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Experience using Microsoft 365 applications, including Word, Excel, Teams, and SharePoint.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work both independently and collaboratively.
• Interest in knowledge management, content management, or process improvement.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with SharePoint or other document management systems.
• Familiarity with content organization, document governance, or information architecture principles.
• Experience supporting projects, research activities, or business process improvements.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to learn new technologies and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Salary range is expected to be between:

$43,875.00 CAD - $57,525 CAD
