Description de poste
Black Press Media is looking for an Ad Controller to work from our Maple Ridge and Pitt Meadows office, working closely with our Ad Control Team.
Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same? We are looking for a hands-on coordinator who can work with our sales and pagination teams in the process of creating our weekly newspapers.
Your Responsibilities:
- Order Processing: Process insertion orders for ad bookings into our CSM in a timely manner to meet deadlines.
- Layout Creation: Create physical layouts of the papers for editorial and creative departments.
- Account Management: Manage prepay accounts and record incoming payments.
- Client Relations: Manage account inquiries from clients and sales reps.
- Workflow Coordination: Manage advertising copy workflow and the set up of special sections for layouts and ad bookings.
