  • Collaborate with the Revenue Management team to optimize revenue generation across all channels.
  • Cultivate a culture of up-selling, coaching, and professional growth within the department.
  • Build and nurture strong client relationships through strategic negotiations and personalized service.
  • Represent the hotel in the local community, fostering engagement and partnerships.
  • Leverage industry tools and resources to maximize the hotel's competitive edge.
  • Analyze market trends to anticipate opportunities and maintain a competitive advantage.

Requirements

What You Bring

  • A dynamic and results-driven leadership style with a professional and polished demeanor.
  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and empower teams.
  • Proven experience in hotel sales leadership roles, with a track record of developing high-performing teams.
  • Expertise in forecasting, budgeting, and analyzing sales and marketing performance.
  • A passion for creating exceptional experiences for both guests and team members.
  • Strong ties to the Regina area, with a deep understanding of the local market.
