Front-Line Support Worker
The Inn - Support Housing
Full time / Part time / Casual $24hr. -$26hr.
This position requires individuals with knowledge of health and social determinants, specific to our clients that have experienced homelessness. The Front Line Support Worker works in a team environment and is expected to provide specific support to clients who access our 22 suites at The Inn. Specifically, this role provides day to day support, crisis support, and referrals to community based programming, skill training and development advocacy.
SCOPE OF POSITION
- Establish and maintain safe and clean environment of the facility
- Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the facility
- Provide and be available for client communications
- One-on-one support and group facilitation of sharing information
- Advocate and / or mediate on behalf of clients
- Participate in Case Management to assist clients to transition to independence
QUALIFICATIONS
