Summary :
The main responsibilities of the incumbent will be to develop and implement the strategic marketing plan for all properties including Place Ville Marie, Édifice Jacques Parizeau, Édifice Price and to lead the timeshare committee (Nouveau Centre) throughout Downtown Montreal.
The property marketing strategy should be designed to provide a distinctive experience that exceeds customer expectations, and to deliver measurable results that contribute to the achievement of the properties' objectives while respecting the integrity of the company's marketing vision. This strategy also aims to make the properties an urban gathering place around a program of cultural and experiential activities worthy of major international cities; A welcoming site that is conducive to business, fun and modern, embodying the Montreal art of living in the heart of downtown. The incumbent will also be expected to work in concert with the senior management, administration and customer relations of the properties in addition to having the responsibility of managing a team.
Responsibilities :
Marketing activities for properties :
- Design and implement the annual marketing strategy plan and budget for the properties;
- Develop marketing initiatives and activities that are adapted to the needs of the various tenants (office and commercial) to increase service, the notoriety of the entire complex, as well as the traffic of commercial spaces;
- Support from a marketing and communication point of view the ongoing redevelopment project of the property, and ensure the declination of the brand in the various spaces;
- Lead the timeshare committee throughout downtown Montreal to develop a program of cultural and experiential activities that animate the properties, and that participate in the value creation of the real estate portfolio;
- Manage mandates entrusted to advertising, marketing agencies and other partners;
- Establish, administer and control the annual marketing budget of the properties, including the projected amounts of the development fund and the owner's contribution;
- Stay abreast of developments and innovation in the office and commercial real estate industry, and the evolution of the competition.
