Responsibilities :

Production Planning :

• Production Workflow Coordination :   Manage production workflow for multiple product lines and distributed products.
• Operations Scheduling : Plan and prioritize operations / distribution schedules to maximize performance.
• Resource Planning : Collaborate with Operations Management to determine necessary manpower, equipment, and raw materials for production demands.
• Resource Scheduling : Allocate production resources according to needs and continually monitor job progress to ensure timely completion.
• Issue Management : Address and resolve issues promptly to minimize disruptions, informing relevant departments of any schedule changes.
• Performance Reporting : Gather output information (e.g., number of orders shipped, percentage of on-time deliveries). Prepare and submit status and performance reports.
• Organization : Maintain organized paperwork using a digital filing system.
• Cross-Department Collaboration : Work with quality control, warehouse, and other staff to ensure smooth operations.
