Description de poste

Techmation Electric & Controls is looking for a driven, experienced 3rd and 4th class Power Engineering operators to join our team. The individuals must be knowledgeable about current OH&S legislation, and conversant with the industry standards and practices of today’s safety-focused oil & gas sector.

This is a plant position offering a 7/7 shift. No truck is required. Applicants must live within commuting distance of Fort St John to be considered as no camp available for this opportunity.

Requirements:

Must have either 4th class power engineering ticket or better
Previous experience in gas plant operations
Previous experience in Ifpexol refrigeration. Sulphinol sweetening. Acid gas injection. Condensate stabilization. Gas driven power generation, an asset.
Current Standard First Aid Level 1, Energy Safety Canada H2S Alive and CSO certificates are a requirement
Must have strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to work within a team environment
Must be self motivated with the ability to work alone and complete routine tasks
Must live within commuting distance of Fort St John to be considered
