About the Opportunity

• Manage an executives calendar, correspondence, and day-to-day administrative needs, while also overseeing vendors, travel, and other confidential matters
• Coordinate initiatives and events end to end, liaising with non-profit partners, donors, and vendors on logistics, budgets, and follow-through
• Support market research. help coordinate with outside advisors, and assist in preparing materials for review

• An experienced executive assistant with a minimum of five years supporting a senior principal or executive, comfortable managing a wide and shifting scope of responsibilities
• Discreet and trustworthy, with strong judgment around confidential personal, financial, and business information
• A sharp communicator and natural coordinator who can move fluidly between scheduling logistics and event planning

Pay Range
$85,000 - $95,000 per year
