About Guardian Tanks :

We pride ourselves on innovation, sustainability, and community engagement. As we continue to expand, we’re looking for a highly skilled Senior Industrial Designer to join our team. This role focuses on hands-on design work—no direct management responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities :

Innovative Product Design : Develop detailed 2D / 3D designs and technical drawings using SolidWorks, contributing to the creation of advanced industrial solutions.
Prototyping & Refinement : Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, production, quality) to prototype designs, conduct testing, and refine concepts to ensure feasibility and quality.
Standards & Compliance : Ensure all designs meet industry standards, regulatory requirements, and internal specifications.
Continuous Improvement : Identify opportunities to improve design processes, reduce costs, and enhance product performance.
Documentation & Support : Maintain accurate and up-to-date design documentation, and support production teams as needed.

Key Competencies & Qualifications :

Technical Expertise : Strong proficiency in SolidWorks, with a proven track record in industrial product design.

Industry Knowledge : Understanding of industrial manufacturing processes, materials, and design-for-manufacturing principles.

Problem-Solving Skills : Ability to troubleshoot design challenges and implement innovative solutions.

Attention to Detail : High level of precision and thoroughness in creating and reviewing technical drawings.

Education & Experience : Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Industrial Design, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field, and 5+ years of relevant design experience.
