THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
Are you a seasoned interior designer with a flair for transforming spaces?
The ideal candidate for this role will bring :
- Passion for Design : A deep love for the industry and a diverse portfolio of projects in corporate, commercial, mixed-use, institutional, and public spaces.
- Leadership Prowess : Over 10 years of experience in interior design, particularly within Western Canada, and at least 5 years of leading and mentoring design teams.
- Market Insight : An in-depth understanding of the Alberta / Western Canadian market, with a talent for client engagement and business development.
- Technical Mastery : Proficiency in technical programs like Vectorworks, AutoCAD, and REVIT, coupled with exceptional design and project management skills.
- Entrepreneurial Spirit : A dynamic and innovative thinker with an entrepreneurial mindset, ready to drive projects from inception to completion.
- Communication Excellence : Stellar presentation and communication skills, capable of building strong client relationships and leading project teams.
