The ideal candidate will have experience with creating 2D and 3D drawings using CATIA V5, V6.ResponsibilitiesDownload customer information : 2D & 3D data, engineering standards & specificationsCreate 3D models (proposals, studies) and 2D associated drawingsResponsible to ensure CAD data is released properly through Teamcenter PDM systemPreparation of Design SpecificationsSupport detailed engineering analysis using available methods (FEA, Tolerance Stack up, Packaging Studies)Data ManagementSupport all Engineering Change activities related to 2D & 3D data (uploads, data revisions and engineering levels data comparison, component drawings creation & updates)Qualifications2-3 + years experience with CAD DesignAbility to identify design engineering requirementsAbility to create necessary prints for departments or customers as requiredParticipates in continuous improvement activities through the Kaizen philosophyExperience creating 2D and 3D drawings using CATIA V5, V6Strong skills in CAD modeling and drafting (GD&T, assemblies, specifications).High technical proficiency in part design and problem-solving.Software proficiencies must include CATIA, NX, Teamcenter, and Ansys.Excellent written and communication skills
