Job Description

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Delphi Developer to join our dynamic team. As a Delphi Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing and maintaining robust and high-performance applications. You will collaborate closely with the technical and functional teams to ensure that end-user needs are met.

Responsibilities

Understanding systems

Mastering the components and interrelationships of systems to ensure their proper functioning and harmonious integration.

Request Analysis

Analyze functional and non-functional user specifications to meet development requests.

Design and Documentation

Analyze, design and document programs or applications according to industry best practices.

Development and configuration

Develop and configure programs or applications according to user needs and specifications.

Impact assessment

Assess the impacts of a change on other existing applications, tools and systems and recommend appropriate solutions.

Testing and Implementation Strategies

Participate in the development of testing and implementation strategies, and develop the implementation strategy.

Deployment plan

Prepare the production deployment plan and coordinate its smooth running during production launch.

Application deployment

Deploy application solutions in various environments, in close collaboration with the team's external collaborators.

Continuous improvement

Participate, in collaboration with your team, in the continuous improvement of the processes, practices and tools used.

Required profile

Education

DEC or Bachelor's degree in information management systems, computer systems, computer science or a related field.

Experience

A minimum of four years of relevant experience in analysis and programming.

Technical skills

Practical experience in C#, VB.Net, SQL programming.

Practical programming experience on IBM iSeries (AS400), RPG (IV, RPGLE), CLP, DB2 database.

Knowledge of Delphi would be a valuable asset.

Experience with PHP, HTML and JavaScript would be beneficial.

Interpersonal skills

Ability to manage complexity and master technology.

Leadership, team spirit and collaboration.

Excellent organizational skills.

Availability

Be available for remote support outside of normal working hours, alternating with other team members.
