Sous la supervision des DBA seniors, le DBA Junior participe à la gestion, à la maintenance et à l’optimisation des bases de données Oracle des environnements clients. Il contribue au bon fonctionnement, à la performance et à la sécurité des systèmes en assurant le monitoring régulier, le dépannage et l’analyse des rapports de performance.
Le rôle s’adresse à une personne curieuse, rigoureuse et orientée service, souhaitant évoluer dans un environnement technique stimulant et collaboratif.
Responsabilités principales
Assurer le monitoring proactif des environnements Oracle à l’aide d’outils comme Zabbix (open source, installation possible sur VM) et Oracle Enterprise Manager (OEM) pour détecter et prévenir les incidents.
Participer à la conception, la configuration et la maintenance des bases de données clients.
Effectuer le dépannage approfondi en cas d’incident et contribuer à la résolution des problèmes de performance.
Collaborer à l’analyse et à l’interprétation des rapports de diagnostic Oracle (AWR, ADDM, ASH, STATSPACK).
Contribuer à l’optimisation et au réglage des performances des bases de données.
Respecter les délais et priorités opérationnelles, y compris la gestion des situations urgentes.
Travailler en étroite collaboration avec l’équipe technique et les clients pour assurer un service de qualité et le respect des bonnes pratiques.
Participer à l’amélioration continue des processus internes et de la documentation technique.
Compétences et qualités requises
Connaissances académiques en conception et administration de bases de données Oracle.
Bonnes notions de monitoring, tuning et dépannage Oracle (AWR, ADDM, ASH, STATSPACK).
Expérience ou connaissance de Zabbix et Oracle Enterprise Manager (OEM).
Solides capacités d’analyse et de résolution de problèmes.
Excellente capacité d’adaptation au changement et à la diversité des environnements clients.
Aptitude à gérer plusieurs projets simultanément dans un contexte dynamique.
Orientation client et sens prononcé du service.
Esprit d’équipe et collaboration avec les collègues et partenaires techniques.
Exigences linguistiques
Français : maîtrise obligatoire (oral et écrit)

Profil recherché
Diplôme collégial ou universitaire en informatique, génie logiciel ou discipline connexe.

Position mission
Under the supervision of senior DBAs, the Junior DBA participates in the management, maintenance, and optimization of clients’ Oracle databases. They contribute to the proper functioning, performance, and security of systems by performing regular monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance report analysis.
This role is intended for a curious, rigorous, and service-oriented individual who wishes to grow in a stimulating and collaborative technical environment.
Main responsibilities
Proactively monitor Oracle environments using tools such as Zabbix (open source, installable on VM) and Oracle Enterprise Manager (OEM) to detect and prevent incidents.
Participate in the design, configuration, and maintenance of client databases.
Perform in-depth troubleshooting in case of incidents and contribute to resolving performance issues.
Collaborate in the analysis and interpretation of Oracle diagnostic reports (AWR, ADDM, ASH, STATSPACK).
Contribute to database performance optimization and tuning.
Meet operational deadlines and priorities, including urgent situations management.
Work closely with the technical team and clients to ensure high-quality service and adherence to best practices.
Participate in the continuous improvement of internal processes and technical documentation.
Required skills and qualities
Academic knowledge in Oracle database design and administration.
Good understanding of Oracle monitoring, tuning, and troubleshooting (AWR, ADDM, ASH, STATSPACK).
Experience or knowledge of Zabbix and Oracle Enterprise Manager (OEM).
