The Role

This is a great opportunity for an IT professional who loves problem‑solving, learning new technologies, and working hands‑on. You’ll be the go‑to support for our teams while also getting involved in cybersecurity, automation, and AI‑enabled improvements that support food safety, production, and supply chain operations.

No two days look the same—and that’s part of the fun.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Supporting users across production, logistics, and office teams
  • Troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues across multiple platforms
  • Deploying and maintaining end‑user and industrial IT equipment
  • Helping improve ERP, traceability, and manufacturing systems
  • Assisting with data analysis, dashboards, and system optimization
  • Supporting cybersecurity monitoring, patching, and awareness initiatives
  • Exploring automation, scripting, and early‑stage AI solutions

What We’re Looking For

  • Diploma or degree in IT, Computer Science, Software Engineering—or equivalent hands‑on experience
  • Solid fundamentals in operating systems, networking, and cybersecurity
  • Comfort with helpdesk tools, remote support, and version control (Git)
  • Curiosity about AI, automation, and smarter ways of working
  • A collaborative mindset and strong communication skills

    • Great If You Have :

  • Experience with ERP, MES, or traceability systems
  • IT certifications (CompTIA, Microsoft, AWS)
  • Manufacturing or food industry experience
