Responsibilities

Work on a new requirement for database infrastructure maintenance and development.
Build new functionality and maintain existing infrastructure required to support the environment.
Work on various database-related infrastructure/automation projects that require the development or maintenance of modules/scripts using Python and Ksh.
Responsible for development unit level testing and integration testing.
Complete tasks with minimal supervision.
Deliver projects on time.

Skills Required

- years of experience
Understanding scripting is a core requirement.
Strong Python scripting
Experience with revision control systems.
Strong Unix shell scripting (in particular Korn Shell)
Good database knowledge
Knowledge of Perl is a plus
