Description de poste

Randstad is looking for a Data Analyst to work closely with Product Owners and development teams, to promote the growth and continuous improvement of digital channels through in-depth analytics. If you have 10 years of experience in related digital products development or data mining role, this position might be for you!
You will be responsible of the following:
Provide a high level of service by responding to all client inquiries within a reasonable timeframe in order to maintain the company’s image and strengthen client retention Verify and confirm with vendor sources for any discrepancies in set up information Establish communication networks with all business units for the receipt of security set up data. Ensure that all securities are set up and delivered to our various applications in a timely and accurate manner in order to meet our clients’ requirements. You will be responsible for the quality of the production delivery and respect of the deadlines.

Contract full time position

Responsibilities
Staff will start the day with checking the generic inbox, ensuring request are completed, any troubleshooting queries are answered appropriately- main priority is keeping the inbox clean. They may also learn some reports depending on the learning curve given the timeline.



Qualifications
•2+ year’s financial services experience
•Canadian Securities Course designation
•Technical skills such as VBA
•Strong analytical thinking and ability to work effectively and efficiently under pressure.
