We are seeking a Director of Artificial Intelligence and Data Science to lead BRP’s enterprise-wide AI strategy, driving transformative initiatives that enhance customer experiences, optimize operations, and deliver measurable business value.

As a Senior Leader, you will shape BRP’s AI vision, influence executive decision-making, and oversee the development of cutting-edge AI / ML solutions that set new standards in the powersports industry.

YOU'LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO :

Enterprise AI Strategy & Vision

Refine, evolve and execute BRP’s global AI strategy, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and long-term innovation goals.

Identify high-impact opportunities to integrate AI across product development, engineering, operational excellence, personalized marketing etc.

Innovation Leadership

Champion AI-driven innovation for connected vehicles, predictive maintenance, personalization, sustainability initiatives etc.

Drive strategic partnerships with technology providers, research institutions, and industry leaders to accelerate AI adoption.

Executive Influence & Governance

Serve as the primary AI advisor to senior leadership, articulating the business value of AI initiatives and influencing investment decisions.

Establish governance frameworks for ethical AI use, regulatory compliance, and model transparency.

Organizational Leadership

Build and lead a high-performing AI organization, including data scientists, ML engineers, and analytics professionals.

Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning across BRP’s global teams.

Driving Business Impact

Ensure AI initiatives deliver measurable outcomes in customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, and revenue growth.

Define and monitor KPIs to track the success and scalability of AI programs.

Technology Leadership

Stay ahead of emerging AI trends and technologies, positioning BRP as an industry leader in AI innovation.

Oversee experimental projects and pilot programs to explore new applications of AI in powersports.

YOU’LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES :

Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or related field.

12+ years of experience in AI, ML, or Data Science, including 5+ years in senior leadership roles driving enterprise-level initiatives.

Proven success in defining and executing AI strategies that deliver measurable business impact.

Deep expertise in AI / ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch), data engineering, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure).

Experience in predictive modeling, personalization, IoT analytics, and connected systems.

Exceptional ability to influence executive stakeholders and align technical solutions with business objectives.

Strong leadership skills with a track record of building and inspiring diverse, cross-functional teams.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate across all levels of the organization.
