We are looking for a Data Specialist who will report to the Manager, Product Definition Business Processes and data management, and who will be tasked wit
defining and sustaining data of the product development teams
- As part of your role, you will significantly contribute to the organization's efforts to better leverage data.
YOU’LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO :
Design and Maintain Dashboards : Create and sustain interactive dashboards to visualize key R&D metrics and support data-driven decision-making.
Develop and Optimize Queries : Craft, refine, and manage complex SQL queries in data warehousing tools like Snowflake.
Define and Manage Data Models : Establish and oversee data as business objects, ensuring alignment with business requirements and analytical needs.
Ensure Data Quality : Collaborate with product development teams to guarantee data quality at the point of creation and during validation processes.
Collaborate with Stakeholders : Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their data needs, provide insights, and support various data-related projects and initiatives.
YOU’LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES :
Proficiency in SQL,
Excel
and Data Warehousing : Strong skills in SQL and experience with data warehousing tools like Snowflake to manage and optimize data queries.
Data Visualization Expertise : Ability to design and develop interactive dashboards using tools like Power BI to present data insights effectively.
Analytical Thinking : Strong analytical skills to interpret complex data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to support business decisions.
Attention to Detail : Meticulous attention to detail to ensure data accuracy, quality, and consistency throughout data processes.
Effective Communication : Excellent communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders, understand their data needs, and convey technical information in a clear and concise manner.
