The successful candidate will be responsible for driving brand positioning, compelling storytelling, and market leadership, with a strong focus on customer engagement and measurable business growth. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in B2B or design/experience-led businesses, capable of balancing brand building with demand generation. The Vice President will also be tasked with leading a high-performing global marketing team, fostering a culture of collaboration, and ensuring that marketing initiatives are aligned with commercial priorities and growth objectives. Candidates for the Vice President, Global Marketing position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in a related field, with an MBA being an asset, and at least 12-15 years of progressive marketing experience. Essential qualifications include a strong background in brand, demand generation, digital, and go-to-market strategy, as well as experience in managing multi-brand portfolios and global markets. The role demands a leader with excellent communication, storytelling, and influencing skills, who is adept at using data and analytics to drive decision-making and improve performance. The ideal candidate will be a champion of modern, data-driven marketing practices, and will have a proven ability to build and retain high-performing teams in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
