We are excited to announce that we are seeking a passionate and talented Business or Computer Science Student to join the Operational Excellence team at our Brampton facility. This position is a 12-to-16-month internship beginning in May 2026.

As a member of our Operational Excellence team, you will play a role in developing, maintaining, and enhancing reporting tools and products to optimize business operations and promote data-driven decision making across the organization. Based in our Brampton office, you will have the chance to make a meaningful impact and gain valuable experience in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

As part of this role, you will :

• Work with our IT department to perform data ingestion into the data lake
• Execute operational assignments related to corporate strategy, governance, risk management, strategic operations, etc.
• Perform a variety of tasks to collect and analyze current process information and metrics
• Research industry best practices related to business tool, process and data governance and contribute to the development of future state plans
• Review and process incoming analytics and dashboard requests
• Update dashboards to point to the lake prior to publishing
• Support and maintain published dashboards

Successful candidates must obtain and hold  security clearance at the reliability status  level, and pass security assessment for the  Controlled Goods Program (CGP) .

The compensation range for this position is $23 - $26 hourly.
