Are you a detail-driven worker with strong mechanical aptitude seeking long-term stability with a premier rubber manufacturer? Randstad Operational is hiring a Precision Production Finisher to join a growing team in Elora, ON.

If you excel at precision work, reading technical drawings, and operating light shop machinery without the physical strain of heavy lifting, this role is built for you. Enjoy a predictable continental rotation that gives you full-time hours alongside multi-day breaks.

Job Title: Precision Production Finisher (Temp-to-Perm)

Location: Elora, ON

Pay Rate: $23.50 / hour

Shift Pattern: Continental Schedule (Rotating Days & Nights – Enjoy Extended Time Off!)

Responsibilities
- Technical Execution: Read and interpret sales orders and engineering blueprints to ensure accurate specifications.
- Equipment Operation: Safely use finishing saws, band saws, drill presses, and manual banding tools to shape, cut, drill, and package finished goods.
- Quality & Measurement: Measure and inspect component dimensions using precision instruments prior to final processing.
- Order & Inventory Tracking: Match finished parts with corresponding sales orders and file non-conformance reports (NCRs) when needed.
- Safety & Inspection: Complete daily pre-shift equipment checks, report maintenance needs, and maintain a clean, organized work area (5S standard).
- Communication: Coordinate effectively across the shop floor using two-way radios.

Qualifications
- Experience: Background in rubber manufacturing or general industrial production is a strong asset.
- Blueprint & Measurement Skills: Proven track record reading engineering drawings and using precision measuring tools.
- Machinery Aptitude: Comfortable operating light shop machinery, drills, and saws.
- Administrative Skills: Ability to write clear production logs, complete quality paperwork, and enter basic data on computer systems.

- Valid WHMIS training (or readiness to complete before starting).
- Valid SDS training (or readiness to complete before starting).
