Description de poste

Our client, is seeking an experienced, highly collaborative Senior Business Analyst (Login & Authentication Experience) to join their digital platform engineering group.

In this strategic consulting role, you will work closely with Product, Engineering, Quality Engineering (QE), and Architecture teams to translate business and guest experience strategies into clear, actionable technical requirements for the Login Experience team. You will be responsible for driving requirement clarity, facilitating alignment across cross-functional stakeholders, and identifying system dependencies across critical digital capabilities—including end-to-end authentication flows, session management lifecycles, passwordless login experiences, and identity platform integrations. Working within an Agile delivery model, you will author delivery-ready user stories, map system process flows, and ensure seamless digital guest experiences across web and mobile platforms.

Duration: 6-Month Contract (with high potential for extension)

Advantages
High-Impact Digital Ownership: Shape core authentication, security, and guest login experiences impacting millions of digital users.

Modern Identity Tech Stack: Gain exposure to enterprise identity ecosystems, session lifecycle architectures, passwordless login tools, and API integrations.

Collaborative Cross-Functional Culture: Work closely alongside dedicated product managers, software engineers, QE leads, and enterprise architects in a fast-paced Agile environment.

Contract Stability & Flexibility: 6-month engagement with potential for project extension supporting high-priority digital initiatives.

Responsibilities
Requirements Gathering & Refinement: Lead business, functional, and technical requirements gathering, analysis, and refinement for medium to large-scale digital initiatives.

Agile Artifact Creation: Translate product strategy into epics, features, user stories, clear acceptance criteria, and delivery-ready technical documentation in JIRA and Confluence.

Cross-System Dependency Mapping: Identify upstream and downstream system dependencies across Login, Identity, Guest Account Services, and digital platforms to catch technical risks early.

Workshop & Session Facilitation: Facilitate discovery workshops, backlog grooming, requirement refinement meetings, and alignment discussions with technical and business stakeholders.

Quality Engineering Collaboration: Partner with QE and engineering leads to ensure acceptance criteria are testable, clear, and support comprehensive end-to-end validation.

Process Flow & Documentation: Create and maintain visual process flows, system context diagrams, requirement matrices, decision logs, and release documentation.

Lifecycle Delivery Support: Assist teams throughout the development lifecycle to resolve requirement gaps, clarify business logic, manage scope changes, and support successful production releases.

Qualifications
Senior Business Analysis Experience: 8+ years of dedicated experience as a Business Analyst, primarily supporting digital web/mobile products or technology platforms.

Large-Scale Initiative Leadership: Proven track record leading requirements for complex, cross-functional initiatives involving multiple integrated systems and dependencies.

Agile Framework Mastery: Deep hands-on experience in Agile software delivery environments—actively participating in discovery, sprint planning, story grooming, testing, and release cycles.

Agile Tooling Proficiency: Daily working experience utilizing JIRA and Confluence to manage requirements, acceptance criteria, dependency tracking, and project documentation.

Communication & Facilitation: Exceptional verbal, written, and workshop facilitation skills, with a proven ability to bridge communication gaps between technical engineering teams and non-technical business leaders.

Analytical & Trade-off Problem Solving: Strong critical-thinking capabilities with the ability to balance business goals, guest experience, technical constraints, delivery timelines, and risk.

Preferred Assets & Nice-to-Haves
Familiarity with user authentication and authorization concepts, including OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect (OIDC), and Single Sign-On (SSO).

Knowledge of identity management platforms (e.g., Okta), session management (tokens, cookies), or passwordless/OTP frameworks.

Basic understanding of REST APIs, GraphQL, web application architectures, and system integration patterns.

Summary
If you are a tech-savvy Senior Business Analyst who pairs 8+ years of requirement engineering precision with strong facilitation skills, Agile delivery experience, and an understanding of digital authentication and identity flows, this 6-month contract opportunity is an ideal next step. Bring your analytical mindset, user story expertise, and collaborative communication to our client's digital platform team today!
